2. Sanilac County Annexed by St. Clair County Affiliate — by Scotty Boman
   
   Libertarian Residents of Sanilac County are welcome to attend meetings of the Libertarian Party of St. Clair County.
   
   The move was approved by Thumb area officer Malcolm Johnson who welcomed more active participation in the neighboring affiliate.
