  2. Candidates Get Invited to Editorial Board Interviews — by Mark Byrne

    All 3 candidates for St Clair County Commissioner have been invited to attend question and answer sessions with the County's largest newspaper the Times Herald. The editorial board has invited Ken Keppler along with his Democratic and Republican opponents to attend the 9-19-06 session. John Acre and his Democratic opponent have been invited to the 9-26-2006 session and Michael Colston has to confirm his scheduled session. The Editorial board will be deciding who to endorse based on these question and answer sessions.

    In addition a local radio station interviewed and aired a conversation with County Chair Mark Byrne about the Libertarian Party running local candidates for the first time in St Clair County.

  3. Bill Hall Polling Well — by Eric Larson

    Bill Hall, the LP candidate for Attorney General, is polling well at 4% in a recent Survey USA poll. His support with very limited media exposure lends further credence to a receptive voting public for Libertarian candidates and ideas.

  4. Get Creswell for Governor Materials from Your Local Contact — by Greg Stempfle

    Election Day is approaching and the Governor's race is a dead heat. Please help the LPM make the most impact this season and support our Govenor and Lt. Governor candidates. Libertarian Greg Creswell could very well hold the balance of power for the entire state. Campaign material has been distributed to affiliates across the state. Support you Libertarian Candidate for Governor Greg Creswell and Scotty Boman for Lt. Governor by proudly displaying a yardsign or bumpersticker. Literature is availabe for distribution as well as signs and stickers.

    It's official. The Libertarian Party will be saturating the out-state Michigan talk radio market with the Libertarian message. Furthermore, the Creswell for governor campaign will be running adds in the same market. Bill Hall has also been considering the medium.
