  2. Libertarian Party volunteers needed! — by Suzanne Wills

On March 4th Howard Wooldridge, a founding board member of LEAP, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition http://www.leap.cc ,got on his one-eyed horse Misty for a cross country trek promoting an end to America’s policy of drug prohibition. http://leap.cc/howard/index.html The trip began in Los Angeles and will end in early November in New York City. Howard will be the only person in modern times to travel across the USA on horseback in each direction. He has already ridden from Georgia to Oregon.

A trip of this sort is grueling, often boring and even dangerous at times. It takes a lot of planning and a lot of help. The initial team has been formed. Now we need supporters to-

    · Fax information to media daily.

    · Drive Howard to speaking engagements along the route.

    · Contact service clubs, churches or other groups about having Howard speak when he is in their area.

    · Provide back-up webmaster services.

If you will provide any of these services, please contact me. Thank you!
