  2. Highlights of LPM Meeting by Tom Quinn, LEC Secretary

Synopsis of last Sunday's LEC meeting:

Chairman Donahue reported on the radio ads that were run prior to November's election. He has received positive feedback and would like to see the LPM do something along these lines on a regular basis.

The articles of incorporation for the LEC which were presented at the October meeting were adopted by unanimous vote.

Newsletter editor Dan Sheill reported that the current newsletter has just been printed and the deadline for the next issue will be in late February.

A lengthy discussion was held on next year's convention. Rae Jozwiak reported that it will be held in Mt. Pleasant on April 23. Both the LPM Platform and By Laws will be on the agenda. Several possibilities for the main speaker are being considered, with one confirming his availability, but Rae will be happy to consider others.

Donahue reported that the LPM has experienced a ten percent increase in membership.

The next regular meeting of the LEC will be on February 13.
