- Southwest Michigan Liberty Council will hold the first in a series of six "Politics, Pizza and Pop" discussion meetings to be held at various locations in Southwestern Michigan. The meetings are open to everyone. Bill Bradley, Chairman of the Van Buren County Libertarian Party will lead a discussion on the topic "Losing Our Rights and What We Can do About It". Today, Government at all levels is stripping us of our personal and property rights with an increasing barrage of improper legislation that would cause a second revolution if the founding fathers were alive today. For example, your name on a property deed only means you get to pay the taxes For just about anything else, you need, or soon will need, government permission.
