- Defamation Lawsuit Update
by Leonard Schwartz
Libertarian Party of Oakland County v. Pappageorge
update
The first hearing on LPOC's defamation case against
Christina Pappageorge was held on April 28. David Collver,
assisted by Leonard Schwartz, represented LPOC. As expected,
the judge ruled in favor of the defendant on her motion to
set aside default.
On July 14 there will be a hearing on the defendant's
motion for summary judgment. We are confident that the judge
will rule in our favor on that motion.
