2. Phone Bank Volunteers Needed

   Beginning January 15, we will begin phonebanking from LPM headquarters. We will start by calling all our members in our attempt to raise money for Operation Farm Team. After we continue calling all the members for OFT, we will begin calling lapsed members and asking them to renew.

   Calling will be done Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am to Noon. If you can help during any of these periods, please send an email to volunteer@michiganlp.org.

4. LPM Activist Meeting by Jerry E. Bloom

   If you are serious about getting Libertarians elected to public office or think you might want to be a candidate some day, this is the meeting for you. Please come join us for an informative session on getting candidates elected. James Hudler, Chair of LPM will present an update on Operation Farm Team. Barb Goushaw will tell you all the things you need to plan if you want to be or help a successful candidate. Then a panel of our elected officials will tell you what the keys were to their campaign victories. Remember this event includes a pot luck luncheon beginning at 12:30pm on Jan 25th at Party Head Quarters. Please send me an E-mail telling me what dish you plan to bring, so that I can coordinate the menu (JerryLiberty@HotMail.com). Bring your appetite and good humor and be ready for a fun afternoon.
