   Libertarians of Allegan County - Special meeting/event to follow up on our Allegan County Fair booth. Our newfound friends are invited to stop by and meet the Libertarians of Allegan County. No arm twisting to join or give money, we promise. We will have a short presentation on "libertarian basics", answers to all of your libertarian questions, and literature on lots of issues. This meeting is for YOU, to satisfy your curiosity.

   Location: James Joyce residence, 334 Cutler Street in Allegan. Take M-222 to Allegan City Firestation, go south on Walnut, one block, turn right on Cutler, the Congregational Church is on the left, park in the church parking lot, the Joyce home is across from the church.

   Libertarian Party of Washtenaw County hosts a speech by Raymond Warner, LP candidate for US House of Representatives, District 13. Warner, one of the founders of the LPM and a 1960's gay activists, is the only opposition to Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick, mother of Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. Dinner at 7:00 pm, speech 7:30.
